1.Large parts such as bed base, cross rail, column, slide saddle and spindle case are all cast in one piece using Meehanite  technology.

2.The effective up/down movement range of W-axis cross rail is 1000mm and the square ram stroke of the Z-axis hard  rail (optional 4-line rail square ram) is 500mm, so that higher part machining and heavy cutting of thin parts are possible.

3.The rigidity and strength of the overall structure are greatly improved by means of the optimized design of the internal rib  structure and stress relief treatment.

4.High rigidity and heavy cutting structure design. The whole series of machines have the high precision of five-sided  machining centers for high-efficiency cutting.

Y-AXIS RAIL CHARACTERISTICS

The Y-axis rails are assembled in parallel  with rollers and plane sliders. The linear rail  can maintain high-speed operation and  straight movement while the plane slider  can be highly loaded to produce higher  resistance during cutting and can make the  slide seat and cross rail closely fit together  for smooth movement.

The Z and W-axis are moved by hard rails, together with Japan imported wear-resistant plastic and Taiwan scraping technique, the topmounted gear box of Z-axis can realize the highly rigid, precision and stable machining. Precision grinding after heat treatment, suitable for  heavy cutting.
